Jason was a wonderful host. He is quick and easy to communicate with, very nice guy. The place looks exactly like the photos and is good sized. The neighborhood is peaceful and a great place to take walks. There is plenty to do close buy. I loved this place and 10 out of 10 would rent from him again!

From the beginning, Jason was super friendly and flexible. He responded extremely quickly to my initial inquiry and that was consistent throughout my 3 month stay. If I had any issue, he was quick to help me with advice or get someone there who could fix the issue. The best parts for me were the fenced yard for my dog, the comfortable bed, the gas stove, and the garage for my sometimes unpredictable work hours. The location was perfect for my work at the Children's Hospital, but even for Omaha in general. It felt like you could get just about anywhere in about 20 minutes. Would definitely stay again if my travels/work brought me back to Omaha! Thanks Jason!!

Jason did an amazing job communicating before and throughout our stay. Everything was clean and there was a nice stock pile of everyday items. Also really appreciate the stocked kitchen as well! 10/10 would recommend staying at this lovely home.

The townhouse was very welcoming. We had a service animal with us and Jason had things there to help with the animal.
Set up for the wifi, getting into the house, and where the garage door opener was were clear. It was an awesome place.
Easily located to restaurants and grocery stores. Will definitely be looking for this place next time we come this way.
