Great place in a quiet neighborhood, everything is exactly as described in the listing. I work in Omaha often and this will be the first place I check every time (in fact, I’ve already booked it for my next trip up there). There are two washers and three dryers in the house, all hooked up and working. This was an amazing and unexpected feature while sharing the house with coworkers!

This was a very good sized house. There were only 4 of us which left 2 bedrooms not even used. Plenty of bathrooms. The tabletop shuffleboard table was a nice addition. It was nice having the laundry room. I highly recommend this if you have a big group. A quiet neighborhood & plenty of room to spread out.

Jason is an amazing host—responsive, accommodating, and extremely helpful! The home was perfect for our kiddos and our pups, with plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. We also had a great time with the shuffleboard table, which was such a fun bonus. 😊 Highly recommend staying here!

Place was spacious, cozy and clean! We had snowfall during our stay and someone came out to clear the driveway and front steps the same night! The multiple washers/dryers definitely made life easier. Thanks a bunch Jason!

Excellent stay! We had a wonderful experience at this place. The home was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out very smooth. The location was convenient and quiet, which made our stay even better. We really enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Would love to stay again in the future!

We had reserved another place close to family, but there was an issue and the host offered us another place way north or the opportunity to cancel. We wanted to stay close to family so we went back to looking and found Jason's listing, and I'm so glad we did. He was able to accommodate us with just a days notice. His place was clean, easy to get to, and in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was also easy and quick to get to restaurants. The backyard was great for pets, and we the home had plenty of room for our family. We would absolutely stay again. Jason, thank you so much!

Jason never disappoints! I have stayed in quite a few of his properties over the years and I have never ever had a problem! Always well taken care of and never felt “tricked” like how many bnb house pics are “fluffed”. If you travel like I do you know what I’m talking about! 100% recommend any of Jason’s properties

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this 3-bedroom house in Omaha! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The home was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal - quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently close to local attractions and restaurants. The bedrooms were spacious and cozy, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the house that made us feel right at home. Communication with the host was excellent, and check-in/check-out was seamless. This home exceeded our expectations in every way, highly recommended!

Our family was very impressed with the cleanliness and detail put into this Airbnb. From the rainfall shower heads to fans in each room to endless kitchen supplies, it was all there! This is a great place and I would definitely return in the future.
