Jason’s place was a great fit for our family. We came from Arizona for a family funeral and the family had room to spread out and relax after a few stressful days. Loved that every room had their own televisions and the laundry room was outstanding. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you Jason for hosting our family.

My crew and I had another excellent visit at Jason’s place. We really appreciated having a great landing pad to relax in at the end of our work days. We would certainly stay again given the opportunity.

We loved this place! It fit exactly what we needed. I will say that the garage is VERY low and our wagoneer wouldn’t fit. But not a big deal at all. Also there were no additional blankets besides the comforters on the beds. I’m a blanket on the couch kind of person but really not that big of a deal. It was very centrally located and about 15 minutes from EVERYTHING you would want. There was a closet inside that had anything and everything you could have forgotten toiletries wise. Which was good for me because my husband packed our bathroom bag and forgot A LOT of things. We would absolutely stay here again and again!

We stayed in this great home while in Omaha for nearly 2 months for my husband's work. The house is a split level and with just two adults and a dog we spent most of our time upstairs. We used one bedroom to sleep and the other mostly for the desk for remote work. Loved the large tvs in every room. Strong Wi-Fi connection even with multiple devices working. The kitchen has all we needed for preparing and cooking full meals. The washer and dryer hold a lot and work well. When it was nice we enjoyed sitting on the back deck and at the picnic table out back. The backyard is fully fenced. It snowed several times, and each time someone came to clear the sidewalks and driveway. During the first snow storm there were raccoons in the attic. The host was responsive and had a company come quickly to relocate them live. The hole they had chewed was patched and for the next storm and month we had no new visitors. He answered any questions we had.

It's an older home in great shape and in a quiet neighborhood, very close to downtown. It has plenty of toiletries, coffee, and condiments. There is a small but lovely covered backyard porch. Jason answered our questions in a timely manner.

Myself and two coworkers needed a place while working in the Omaha area for a little over a month. We looked at multiple homes but felt that this home cover all of our needs perfectly. The kitchen and living space were perfect for all of us to be able to spread out comfortably. Each bedroom had just what was needed to allow each of us our own private space. The back deck and patio space were also wonderful to be able to use on the days that the weather was nice. Overall the neighborhood was very quiet which made coming home after longs days very nice. Nearby there are several stores and restaurants which made this location all the more perfect for our stay. Jason was a great host and was always prompt with responding to any questions we had.

Great house at a great location. Rooms are spacious. The fenced- in yard is perfect size. Garage access was greatly appreciated, especially during the snowfall. Jason was very responsive with questions. He did snow removal even on days where temperatures were frigid. Amazing host! Will definitely recommend!
